Schedule IV
Schedule four drugs have a low potential for abuse with highly recognized medical use, and can include any of the following substances among others:
- Xanax
- Valium
- Ambien
- Talwin
Schedule V
Lastly, these drugs have the lowest potential for abuse and generally consist of prescriptions containing limited amounts of certain narcotics. These drugs can include any of the following:
- Robitussin AC
- Lomotil
- Parepectolin
